Dear Neighbor,
Thank you for reading my District Round-up. As your candidate for Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District, it is my honor and pleasure to deliver to you where I’ve been and what issues I’ve tackled in the past week. Criss-crossing the counties of Adams, Franklin, Fulton, Bedford, Cambria, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Cumberland, and Somerset gives me great opportunities to meet with voters, hear what is on your hearts and minds, and the chance to voice my fight for Everyday Americans. When I refer to the rise of christofacism in Halloween parades in small towns of Pennsylvania, I am not exaggerating in the least.
While the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg has disavowed this Nazi concentration camp symbol from a float created by the St. Joseph’s Catholic school, the fact that someone among my neighbors thought it was a good idea in the first place speaks to the evil of their hearts.
This is exactly what happens when the right wing media weaponizes my own faith to convince the American People that the only way to govern is through a religion.
Do better, small towns in Pennsylvania, and dare to welcome into your Halloween parades political candidates who stand for the separation of Church and State.

As many of you may already be aware, I am counting the days of this Republican shutdown. Today is Day 33.

We’re almost to Election Day, so please get out there and encourage others to retain those judges!
Otherwise, Pennsylvanians risk losing reproductive rights, fair voting districts, and more!

Many thanks to Team Beth Farnham for Congress for picking up trash along Route 30 in New Oxford last Sunday.
Jack, Sandy, and Barb – you rock!
It was a beautiful day of crushed car parts, plastic cups, cigarette butts, and even a pheasant.
Thank you also Adams County Democratic Committee for hosting it in honor of former team member Jane’s late husband, Bruce Tushingham.
Together, we #ChooseDemocracy and Planet Earth.

Together, we #ChooseDemocracy and retain judges Donohue, Dougherty, Wecht, Beck Dubow, and Wojick! If you’re like me, you love this country as much as I do and work to make a positive difference. In the midst of this Constitutional Crisis, please consider reaching out to your local Democratic committees or Democratic candidates so that we can strengthen our Democracy instead of letting it slide into fascism.
We don’t just #ChooseDemocracy, we choose Pennsylvania, we choose The United States of America, we choose Humanity and I am deeply glad to work along side you.
Sincerely,
Beth
