Criss-crossing the counties of Adams, Franklin, Fulton, Bedford, Cambria, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Cumberland, and Somerset gives me great opportunities to meet with voters, hear what is on your hearts and minds, and the chance to voice my fight for Everyday Americans. PA-13 you and I did amazing things in 2025 and in 2026, we’ll do even more!
Thank you for showing up and resisting the cruelty and lawlessness of the current administration. You protested immigrant kidnappings and D.O.G.E. raids of our personal information, volunteered with those on the right side of history and humanity, and ran for office. You stood up for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and I am very proud to have stood with you. We will have more protests, but please volunteer with your local Democratic Committees and my campaign – Volunteer with Beth Farnham for Congress, here! to make a difference beyond calling attention to the issues.
Here’s a snapshot of what we did –
As a spectacular start to the New Year, resisters have successfully lobbied for the removal of the National Guard from the cities of Los Angeles, Chicago, and Portland.
In parallel to the grievances filed by our Revolutionary Founders in our precious Declaration of Independence, Trump “…has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies, without the consent of our legislatures.”
But mercifully, the judges in these cases kept their oaths to the Constitution.
“Judges overseeing lawsuits filed by cities challenging the deployments have consistently ruled that the Trump administration overstepped its authority and found that there is no evidence to support claims that troops are necessary to protect federal property from protesters.”
And so, Trump will not be able to keep standing armies in the cities full of diverse, equal, and included Americans he hates so much.
Of course there are several other grievances that also apply to Trump and you can take a poll on my website to decide which ones resonate the most.
Naturally, our own US Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, says nothing because he would prefer that Trump keep violating the US Constitution. It’s why he never mentions the 552 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration.
But I care about the Constitution, the oaths to it that many government workers and community members dutifully swear, and the people who are bound by it. I will uphold my oath to the US Constitution when you elect me. And we can keep resisting Trump’s constitutional violations together.
Unfortunately, this year quickly took a dive as the Trump administration decided to invade Venezuela.
In an horrific act of violence, and (unlike the US capture of Manuel Noriega) without:
– the bipartisan approval of Congress,
– the declaration of war by that sovereign nation,
– nor fatal attacks on our own US military,
our rogue US President ordered the US military to invade Venezuela and kidnap that nation’s president and his wife.
While Nicolas Maduro is not without crimes against his people, Trump violating Constitutional law and international order is yet another rung on the ladder of an American one party dictatorial state. Even though the Trump administration claims drug-trafficking as the primary justification of its newest illegality, Trump in 2025 literally pardoned Honduras’s president who had been convicted of drug-trafficking by the US government and sent to prison.
Just like Putin does from Russia, Trump is attempting to create an authoritarian regime based on his whims alone, instead of maintaining our Constitutional Republic which is a form of DEMOCRACY. By forfeiting Constitutional law and Congressional approval, Trump is effectively eliminating the Voice of the People.
Please call our do-nothing US Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, at (202) 225-2431 to demand his vote to impeach President Trump for his extreme disregard of US Law and Order.
And please donate to my campaign so I can continue to fight for us, The People, and defeat Joyce in the November 2026 election.
Meanwhile, our own US Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, believes that the US government doesn’t have the authority to grant exemptions to states in order to impose higher standards of clean air and water, but does have the authority to grant polluters exemptions to EPA standards.
Listen to his pathetic attempts to justify his hypocrisy in order to pollute our air and water with mercury, arsenic, and other toxic chemicals, then vote for me, Beth Farnham, to defeat him in November!
