You braved the heat, gave generously, drank sangria, ate nibbles, bid in the silent auction, listened to lovely music from Voices Three, and shared your vision of a better Congress.
I’ll be able to use the money you gave for campaign literature, postcards, yard signs, and more to spread the message of the campaign across our most beautiful 13th Congressional District so that voters send me to Washington DC to represent us!

Happy Flag Day!
On June 14th, 1777 the Second Continental Congress adopted Flag Day.
But who were the members of the Second Continental Congress?
They were the Revolutionary leaders of the 13 colonies who had signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776.
These are the first people we thank for our precious Democracy. Consider their first few grievances against a mad king.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
(TRUMP IS VIOLATING CONSTITUTIONAL LAW DAILY)
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
(WHEN WILL ALL OF THE EPSTEIN FILES BE RELEASED)
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
(REFUSING FEMA MONEY TO DEMOCRATIC STRONGHOLDS)
Meanwhile, he grossly exploits the importance of the day with a UFC fight in front of THE PEOPLE’S HOUSE.
Of course, our slobbering sycophant of a U.S. Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, silently condones everything Trump does.
Vote Joyce out of office by electing me, Beth Farnham because I will honor the sacrifices of every veteran, union member, and activist who sacrificed in the name of Democracy for the Revolutionary ideal – that ALL ARE CREATED EQUAL.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
Joyce Voted Against Environmental Protection Unlike Most of the Republican Representatives
How extreme is our own U.S. Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, in his views on the environment?
He wouldn’t even vote with the majority of Republicans and Democrats to reauthorize the Northwest Straits Marine Conservation Initiative and the Northwest Straits Advisory Commission.
While 374 legislators WORKED TOGETHER to pass the bill, H.R.2860 – Northwest Straits Marine Conservation Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025, Joyce joined a tiny minority of 48 other legislators to vote against it.
What kind of person votes against the commission’s goal to: “protect and restore the marine waters, habitats, and species of the Northwest Straits region to achieve ecosystem health and sustainable resource use?”
Apparently, the same kind of person who says nothing about the U.S. President holding UFC championships in front of the White House, failing to uphold proclaimed ceasefires, storming off from an interview with a female reporter when genuinely pressed for evidence about his wildly false claim of winning the 2020 election, and actively trading fuel stocks based on his secret knowledge of what he’ll do next in Iran.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
In fact, John Joyce doesn’t really represent us.
We, The People of PA-13, can be properly represented by me, Beth Farnham, who will protect the environment and will never approve of a president wasting money, time, or reputation on vanity projects or endless wars that increase our fuel costs.
Please vote for me on November 3rd.

June 9th, A Mixed News Day
On one hand, 20 Republicans worked with the House Democrats to approve a bill that forces employers to negotiate with their newly formed unions within 90 days of formation.
On the other hand, House Republicans passed a Senate bill to fund ICE and Customs Enforcement $70 billion through the end of Trump’s term.
While I would have voted for the first bill, I would not have for the second because I.C.E. doesn’t respect basic human rights. Go watch the footage of Renee Good being shot to death if you need a refresher for how terrible they are. And the detention centers, with no real Congressional oversight, are violating the basic human rights of nutrition and sanitation of the detainees.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
We, the People, can vote for me, Beth Farnham, who supports union participation and abolishment of I.C.E. instead of multimillionaire John Joyce who supports Trump’s dehumanization of immigrants and is against union participation.
Together, we #ChooseDemocracy, workers’ rights, and human rights!
Who wants AI Data Centers to flourish?
Our own U.S. Representative, multimillionaire John Joyce, that’s who!
On June 4th, he, along with 2 fellow Republican representatives, called for the FBI to INVESTIGATE opposition to data center growth!
That’s right – he doesn’t believe Everyday Americans want to stop data centers from using up precious resources like water and energy and driving up costs.
From his stupid letter:
“Unleashing American innovation and accelerating new advancements in AI have become key priorities for this committee and the Trump administration, and the US cannot afford to ignore the risks posed by our geopolitical adversaries’ efforts to undermine US global leadership,”.
The opposition to AI data center growth is largely AMERICAN, not foreign! Even Republican nominee for Pennsylvania Governor, Stacey Garrity, is calling for a moratorium!
These ultra-wealthy representatives just don’t care how AI data centers hurt Everyday Americans, but you can make them care.
FLOOD John Joyce’s office with letters and phone calls about why you oppose AI data centers. And tell him his investigation is a stupid waste of taxpayer money.
